Easy Apple Pie
Here’s a super simple and sneaky dessert! Everybody loves apple pie, and so do I. But I sure don’t enjoy peeling and slicing all those apples. Plus, I’m always paranoid they’ll start turning brown before I can get them into the pie crust. But I’ve now got a way to have my pie and eat it, too!
Just buy two packages of frozen cinnamon apples. Let them defrost for about half an hour, or just nuke them in the microwave on the defrost cycle. Then spoon them into a Pillsbury refrigerated pie crust. Sprinkle on cinnamon-sugar, and top with another pie crust. Cut a few slits with a knife, and bake at 375 degrees until the pie crust is browned.
Perfect apple pie, and you didn’t even break a sweat.
